Ian Harris Dog Training was set up in 2018 to offer the people and pets of Southampton, a

positive pain-free dog trainer. 

I am a fully certified dog trainer through course attended with IMDT.

I have vast experience with rescue dogs through our work in Vietnam with ARC 

(Animal rescue and care Vietnam)  Who is our supported Charity?

 

I specialise in the behaviour modification, rehabilitation and training of street dogs and rescues from all around the world as rescue/street dogs have unique training needs to be able to integrate happily into a family home.    

I regularly attend  workshops, courses and seminars and meet periodically with other dog trainers to share new ideas and methods to make sure that that the ways we train are scientifically

up-to-date and correct.

 

We take your pet’s health and well being as seriously as humanly possible!

 

I only use positive training methods. 

 

I believe that owning a pet is a fantastic and rewarding experience, but also a responsibility, not a luxury. Training your pet correctly will lead you to a greater understanding of your pet.  

I will involve you fully in the training process.
